If you place someone in a permanent role or temporary role do you take a percentage of their salary?
In Temporary Role - The hourly rate you are offered is paid to you in whole – minus statutory deductions i.e. UIF & PAYE
The same goes for a permanent job, there is no charge to the candidate and your salary is yours to keep.
Detailed / comprehensive description of your actual daily duties, skills, career status and make sure that your work experience is accurately captured.
Always include your current salary (cost to company) as well as your expected salary keeping in mind a realistic market related figure.
You stand a far better chance to be considered than applying directly to a company as we have an established Trust Relationship with our clients.
With your permission we are able to market you to multiple companies / positions
We will assist you in the interviewing process if you are successfully selected as we know what the client requirements are
