Sebetsa Staffing can fill same day request as well as provide resumes and schedule interviews for positions that require a more thorough screening process by the client. We assure you that every candidate presented will be pre-qualified with regards to experience, skill-sets and availability.

In Temporary Role - The hourly rate you are offered is paid to you in whole – minus statutory deductions i.e. UIF & PAYE

All our candidates are important to us but we have literally tens of thousands of job seekers on our database. Obviously, they are not all looking for a new job at the same time but, even so, daily updates to all of them would be impossible. If you don’t hear from us for a while, it’s not because we’ve forgotten about you but because we don’t currently have any vacancies that match your needs. However, feel free to give us a call if you’d like an update.
We communicate regularly with all applicants but If you have not received any response from us within 4 weeks, your application was unsuccessful.
We will however keep your profile on our database to enable us to consider you again in future for any suitable positions.
NO, we will never do this, we only present your details to a client after we have spoken to you about the vacancy and received your permission to do so.
Please note that we are also dependent on our clients’ time constraints and urgency to recruit as well as the turnaround time on verifications requested by our clients. We will endeavour to provide feedback at regular intervals.
